If I send airstrikes to a base, but do not take damage from towers or units, will the base damage my planes? Wil they damage them in flyovers?

OK, one more question. If you attack an airbase with either ground or air units, will garrisoned jets and whatnot contribute to the defense?

only units and defensive towers have anti-aircraft abilities. Garrisoned jets do not help defense.

So attacking an empty land base (assuming no damage elsewhere) should leave your jets intact?
